Fitness goals update … Cath is finally off the couch!


A whole pound gone (0.5kg)!


Plantar fasciitis almost gone thanks to some great advice… magnesium oil. This wonder oil also help me sleep better too.

And my Couch-to-5K mission is well under way. If the snow stays away, I should be ready by the end of February 🏃🏻‍♀️, as long as I do my daily Yoga stretches to keep the newly mobilised muscles in top condition.

I may have to go on a shopping trip for new kit and shoes. What an awful thought (just kidding).
