My regular readers will know I use Angel Oracle cards on a daily basis. Most of the time I draw a single card as a guiding principle for the day.
My daughter (currently home from university) uses Earth Magic oracle cards. I thought it would be interesting to see what her deck would show for me this morning. I drew the Lightening (power) card from hers and the Assertiveness card from mine! The little guide books that accompany the decks both advise replacing passive or passive-aggressive behaviour with loving assertiveness and encouragement to speak my truth. It’s as if they were communicating with each other!
So here goes…
I am most definitely an apprentice crone, a kitchen-garden witch, a budding dancer and runner, yogi, wife, mum and would-be wild woman (work in progress). In spite of my scientific background I feel more at home with crystals, meditation, pendulums and nature than microscopes and lab coats. I think I’ve always been like this but felt the need to keep it all under my hat for fear of ridicule. I made myself ‘fit in’.
Off with the hat!

It’s one of my favourites… I like the colours. My card deck is from Doreen Virtue…. got ‘em from Amazon. I use them to tap into guidance from my guardian angel

I’m not really understanding, because I don’t know about this or have known anyone to use cards? Curious what this is. Do you use these, in addition to, praying and asking God for guidance as you read the Bible for your answers and The holy spirit then guides you? Answers directly from the source Himself?
I know my guardian angel is probably too busy saving my butt all day, As for my behavior, that’s between me and God? I’m curious how the cards come into play.

I use the cards in addition to my daily prayers and readings. Usually I ask my angel what I need to know for the day. The card I pick has a message and guidance for me.
