#JusJoJan 28th – Testify!

Thank you Dan, for a real humdinger of a prompt!

So unless you’ve been in a court of law, most of us won’t have had to testify. That’s me. I have been subpoenaed to appear for the defence, but the day before the case was due to be heard, it was dropped. Phew. I wasn’t relishing the thought of speaking to the court. It wasn’t a big case, but I think my written testimony was enough to kill off the plaintiff’s case.

In other trains of thought, here’s a favourite of mine… including the word ‘testify’!
