So here we are at the end of what seems like the longest month in the entire calendar! It’s certainly a long time between pay days! Still, it means that Spring is just around the corner!
Linda’s prompt is –
Your prompt for JusJoJan 2019, January 31st is “your favorite thing/part/blog post of last year or last month.” Talk about what you did or discovered that gave you happiness and/or success. Have fun!
These two odd jottings turned out to be the most popular posts this month. It always amazing me what turns out to be popular. Both of these posts contained photos of our wonderful trip to Egypt for Mr D’s big birthday treat.
Never the same twice this one showcased sunrise over the Temple of Karnak and the Nile, taken from a hot air balloon.
Mindboggling – and this one was about the age-old question of how the ancients built the Great Pyramids. Lots of possible solutions but no actual proof for any of the theories.
As the month progressed, I needed to find a way to separate my posts into two streams, one for prompts and general witterings, and one for all things menopause. As ever, help files can be more confusing than helpful. Unlike the helpful advice I got from Linda and Dan. Thanks to them, I was able to launch a separate section to serializing my adventures on the hormone rollercoaster!
In summary, January has been an amazing month of learning and discovery. If the other 11 months are like this, 2019 is shaping up to be an epic year.
Happy Friday Eve everyone xx
Thank you to Linda G Hill for hosting this month-long daily prompt marathon. I shall miss it… maybe we could have a daily February frolics?
