These were the wise words at the end of my daily meditation. I am trying hard to have a better relationship with food and my body shape… it’s a work in progress!

Could you come repeat that message to every one of my coworkers? Could you come every day? The #1 frustrating remark I hear in my job is “but we’ve always done it this way.”
