Ah- the joys of a morning run before sunrise. Look at the sky! You know what the old saying is here in the UK? Red sky at night, shepherd’s delight. Red sky in the morning, shepherd’s warning.

I have an alternative ending – red sky in the morning, Cath running in her pink day-glo jacket with a red tail-light blinking…. almost like an intermittent glo-worm!
