SoCS – the best way to spread Christmas cheer

… is singing loud for all to hear!

I love Christmas, particularly engaging my hairbrush diva to sing along to every seasonal song. Most of the time this goes reasonably well in that I don’t seem to trigger my pup or next door’s pack into retro wolf howling. However, today I forgot I was wearing wireless headphones! Oblivious to all around me, I belted out what I thought was the alto part of the chorus to Ding Dong Merrily on High. Mr D sneaked up behind me, pulled the left headphone off and laughed.

“Have you heard the din?” He asked. “You’ve set off every dog in the neighbourhood! What key was that supposed to be?”

“The key of ‘ell” I replied, dancing out of his reach while resuming my role of leader of the canine choir.

Wishing you all a merry Saturday xx
