This year I resolve to have more fun. This will involve a little planning on my part and cooperation on Mr D’s part. I heard him mutter something about being forced to take part in “compulsory fun”. He has no idea I’m planning for us to learn a new skill this year, sailing!

That would be the reason why I don’t take cruises or have an interest in sailing – motion sickness. I’ll think happy, smooth sailing thoughts for you.

I tried introducing sailing over 35 years ago. The motion didn’t sit well with the other/better half. Good luck!

I’m ok on deck, it’s when I have to go below that I get 🤢 I’m hoping to overcome this little issue this year 😁

Thanks Laura. We’re booked in for May. Hopefully the weather and sea conditions will be more favourable. In the meantime we can make a start on studying weather!
