Sometimes I wonder if my daily meditation makes any difference to my life, especially during tough times. But then, on reflection, I realise that my take on these tough times has changed and that’s what gets me safely through them.

I love that meditation has done this for you. My daughter hasn’t been sleeping well — I’m going to try encouraging her to try meditation, too.

I highly recommend Headspace.. there’s a whole bunch of meditations for sleep problems… they work on me even when my brain is on the hamster wheel of doom!
