Following last week’s whinge about not getting my call for a flu jab, I got my wish on Friday. I now have a dull ache in my left deltoid to prove it.
By way of paving the way (oooh, lots of ‘ways!) towards the end of lockdown, I got my second wish. I wished the vaccination programme to speed up a smidge and woke up to the news that England is now calling up the 70s and above age group for their first jabs.
If I only get three wishes I’m going to have a good think before I make that one.
