The only way to get rid of the fear of doing something is to go out and do it.

Trying to move beyond that fear of failure is what’s holding back my best friend from sharing her gifts. I’m sending her a book, “Feel the Fear and do it anyway.” By Susan Jeffers. I keep telling her not the hide her light under a bushel!
This week’s nugget of encouragement is part of Linda G Hill’s weekly One-liner Wednesday fun. Click here to pop on over and say Hi. Have a look at her rules of engagement and join in the fun. You know you want to!

Great one-liner – so true.

Oh my, that’s a tough hurdle to jump but once we do we’re usually glad about it. Great one liner!

I’ve had that fear, but once I overcame it, the freedom was empowering. I hope your friend finds her way to that positive feeling. I’ll shake my pompoms for her.

One step at a time or a leap of faith. I wonder if that’s the same Susan Jeffers who wrote beautiful children’s picture books I read to my kids.
